Leadership Training
R2E Concepts presents R2E Empower, a leadership training workshop for students.
R2E Empower is a one-day leadership training workshop specially designed for students aged 13 to 17. During the workshop, participants will learn about leadership styles, communication, effective meetings, public speaking and event planning. Interesting activities and small group discussion provide participants with hands-on learning where they develop a deeper understanding about leadership.
There will also be a table-top exercise for participants to plan an event of their own. After the workshop, the School could consider realising ideas from the table-top exercise. As a follow up, our Trainers would be glad to follow up with the School to help participants turn their ideas into reality.
At the end of the workshop, participants will feel more confident to plan and execute an activity of their own. The knowledge and skills they learnt from the workshop would continue to be useful, especially when they leave school for higher studies and move on to join the working society in future.
